You really couldn’t be less exuberant, especially for a Fettercairn. We’re into that. With water: more body now, with devil’s sauce, honey, and walnut cake making an appearance

ultra-precise. Barley, paraffin, bitter almonds, walnut oil, horseradish, and a splash of seawater. With water: perfect. Now we’re in Ben Nevis territory

same. A lovely acidic touch, with lemon juice and Muscadet
