2008년에 샤르도네 캐스크로 옮겨 15년을 채운 롱로우로, 노즈에서는 흰 과일과 젖은 돌이 먼저 두드러진다. 그 아래로 헤비 피트 특유의 잿내와 훈제 뉘앙스가 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 56.2%의 도수를 앞세워 청포도와 레몬의 산미를 밀어올리고 이어서 연기와 흰 후추가 발전한다. 와인 캐스크의 신맛이 피트와 부딪히며 만드는 긴장감이 이 보틀링의 핵심이다. 피니시는 길고 미네랄과 재가 남는다.
