Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 토니 포트 피니시 특유의 건자두와 헤이즐넛 노트가 명확하게 드러난다. 페테르케언 1973 빈티지를 버번에서 숙성 후 토니 포트 파이프로 마무리한 46년 보틀답게 와인 영향이 균형 있게 발전한다. 발달하면서 무화과와 다크 초콜릿이 한 층 더해진다. 팰럿은 잘 익은 무화과, 견과류, 옅은 향신료가 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 42.5도의 절제된 도수가 부드러운 구조감을 받친다. 피니시는 토니 포트의 단맛과 가벼운 향신료가 길게 이어진다. 46년이라는 시간이 또렷하다.

sweeter and rounder than expected, but there’s always this weird sourness, more dry Madeira, notes of barley sugar (as if that had been added, but that’s impossible), butterscotch, more cardboard, leather and cigars, lavender sweets… It is weird, but not quite as weird as it used to be, IMHO (as we used to say when the Web was still free)
timer Finish
medium, toasty, with some maple syrup, green pepper, and walnut wine. The aftertaste’s a little buttery
