Tasting Notes
금빛이 잔 속에 맑게 잠긴다. 버번 호그스헤드에서 12년을 보낸 이 헤이즐번 미니어처는 성냥을 그은 듯한 옅은 유황과 자갈, 레몬 향 세제를 떠올리게 하는 독특한 향으로 문을 연다. 54.1도의 입안은 강단이 있어 레몬과 파라핀, 훈연한 찻잎의 결이 차례로 지나가고 물을 더하면 쓴 오렌지와 생강, 커리의 향신료가 드러난다. 여운은 길고 새콤하게 이어지며 절인 생강의 알싸함이 끝에 남는다.
