졸인 건포도와 토피 향이 노즈에서 가장 먼저 존재감을 드러낸다. 셰리 우드에서 30년을 보낸 인버고든 그레인답게 가벼운 곡물 결 위로 셰리 단맛이 또렷하게 드러난다. 팰럿에서는 흑설탕과 호두, 가벼운 오크가 57도의 강한 구조로 발전한다. 그레인답지 않은 묵직한 짜임이 인상적이며, 피니시는 캐러멜과 말린 과일이 길게 이어진다.
