버번 배럴에서 무려 43년을 보낸 시간이 인버고든 그레인을 한없이 부드럽게 매만진다. 1973년 빈티지의 이 위스키는 잔을 가까이하면 코코넛과 바닐라, 버터스카치의 달큰한 향이 천천히 피어난다. 오랜 숙성을 거친 입안에서는 크림 카라멜과 잘 익은 바나나, 옅은 오크 스파이스가 매끄럽게 흐른다. 그레인 특유의 비단 같은 질감이 혀를 감싸고, 깊은 황금빛 잔 너머로 꿀과 토피의 여운이 길게 이어진다.
