Tasting Notes
노즈는 사과와 점토, 옅은 라거 맥주 뉘앙스로 열리며 요구르트 같은 유산 뉘앙스가 뒤를 받친다. 10년이라는 나이에 맞게 향의 폭이 넓지는 않지만 초점은 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 43%로 가볍게 흐르며 사과와 레몬, 풀 냄새가 순서대로 발전한다. 진과 비누 사이를 오가는 특유의 뉘앙스가 스치며 어린 스프링뱅크의 거친 성격을 보여준다. 피니시는 제법 길고 해초와 조개, 잿내에 옅은 훈연이 남는다.

restaurant Palate
again, the resemblance is there, but it’s less ‘dirty’, more focused on apples and lemons, grass, and a note straddling gin and soap. No, no, that’s not the same thing at all!
