북부 하일랜드 크로마티 만의 인버고든은 거대한 그레인 위스키 증류소로 알려진 곳이다. 1973년 빈티지를 리필 셰리 벗에서 무려 48년 보낸 이 그레인 보틀링은 깊은 호박빛을 띤다. 향은 코코넛과 바닐라, 오래된 오크의 향긋함이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입에서는 40.3도의 부드러운 도수가 토피와 캐러멜, 옅은 향신료를 둥글게 감싼다. 반세기 가까운 세월이 다듬은 그레인 특유의 매끈한 여운이 잔잔히 잠긴다.

this is a confirmation. Same fruit combo, plus a small mocha-spoonful of manuka honey. Moderate vanilla, pineapple and coconut – so it's not exactly becoming pina-colada-y, and we are grateful to it for that
