Tasting Notes
옅은 금빛이 잔 안에 맑게 잠긴다. 코를 가까이 하면 캠벨타운다운 짭조름한 바닷바람과 기름진 견과의 내음이 먼저 닿고 옅은 그을음이 그 밑을 받친다. 한 모금 머금으면 서른한 해가 다듬은 부드러운 과일과 바닐라가 혀를 적시며 44.4도의 낮은 도수가 둥글고 잔잔한 질감을 만든다. 아카이브스가 고른 이 1993년 스프링뱅크는 오랜 숙성에도 특유의 짠맛과 기름기를 잃지 않았다. 여운은 소금기 어린 캐러멜과 옅은 연기로 길게 이어진다.
