Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 라프로익 배럴이 남긴 절제된 토탄 연기와 함께 곡물 위스키 특유의 부드러운 바닐라 노트가 명확하게 드러난다. 인버고든 1975 빈티지를 라프로익 배럴에서 47년 숙성한 알람빅 클래식 보틀답게 그레인과 피트의 조화가 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 발달하면서 코코넛과 짠 미네랄이 한 층 더해진다. 팰럿은 캐러멜, 코코넛, 약한 페놀이 발전하며 50.3도의 도수가 단단한 구조감을 받친다. 피니시는 그레인 단맛과 가벼운 훈연이 길게 이어진다. 47년 숙성 그레인의 흥미로운 표정이다.

good one. Smoked fish, lapsang souchong, new wellies, sauna oils, tar liqueur, new Pirellis… The worst part being that this is lovely, and that I would feel shame because of that. With water: ooh old cars and bikes, spent oils, more new rubbers (scuba suit), greases…
restaurant Palate
not exactly well-married, but very peaty, peppery, and good. Seawater. Poor little 'gordon hasn't much to say in this context. With water: a better balance, with some pineapples coming through. Imagine someone would have peat-smoked pineapples
