Tasting Notes
옅은 황금빛이 잔 속에 잔잔히 잠겨 있다. 라 메종 뒤 위스키가 골라낸 일본 치치부 2009년 빈티지는 버번 배럴에서 10년을 보낸 흔적을 잘 익은 배와 야생화 꿀, 옅은 풀잎의 향으로 풀어낸다. 한 모금이 입천장을 부드럽게 덮으며 바닐라 비스킷과 시트러스 껍질, 흰 후추가 미끄러지듯 이어진다. 56.5도의 단단한 짜임 끝에는 마른 오크와 잔잔한 보리의 잔향이 길게 깊게 머문다.

you bet. Focaccia dough, asparagus and a tiny olive, custard, acacia blossom, zucchini flower, fresh brioche… Well this is just otherworldly so far. A natural beauty, as they say in Hollywood. Crushed bananas, touches of violets, custard, many breads and doughs, croissants, a little wax, some good earth, the obligatory drop of miso… Perfection incarnated in my faithful tulip glass. With water: you’ll find all these tiny metallic, mineral and earthy touches that make the greatest malt whiskies

rather long, a tad grassier, earthy, with oils and a few flower extracts… Isn’t that borage?
