Tasting Notes
어둑한 자줏빛이 도는 호박색이 잔 안에서 강렬한 빛을 머금는다. 2017년 일본 사이타마의 치치부가 증류한 원액을 1차 충진 레드 와인 캐스크에서 8년 숙성한 이 이치로스 몰트는 잘 익은 블랙커런트와 라즈베리, 다크 체리와 옅은 향신료의 향이 강하게 떠오른다. 한 모금 머금으면 65.3도의 강렬한 카스크 스트렝스가 와인 캐스크의 검붉은 산미와 보리당의 단맛, 그리고 일본 위스키 특유의 정제된 응집력을 동시에 풀어낸다. 와인의 흙냄새가 길게 머문다.

it seems just totally perfect; it just clings a bit to the tongue and palate. A lot of lemon, it seems. With water: not much. A diamond is also not much (would you cut that, S. – your wife). Maybe some salted apples? And lime
