Tasting Notes
퍼스트필 레드 와인 캐스크에서 7년을 보낸 숙성이 일본 치치부 2017에 선명한 붉은 과실의 결을 입혔다. 이치로스 몰트다운 정교함으로, 향에서는 잘 익은 라즈베리와 자두, 옅은 향신료가 또렷하게 솟아오른다. 65.3도라는 높은 도수로 한 모금 삼키면 붉은 베리와 흑설탕, 가벼운 타닌이 빽빽하게 입천장을 덮는다. 와인 캐스크가 입힌 발그레한 호박빛이 잔에 잠기고, 어린 원액임에도 치치부 특유의 단단한 구조가 드러난다. 여운에는 베리와 다크초콜릿, 옅은 후추가 길게 이어진다.

it seems just totally perfect; it just clings a bit to the tongue and palate. A lot of lemon, it seems. With water: not much. A diamond is also not much (would you cut that, S. – your wife). Maybe some salted apples? And lime
