Tasting Notes
맑은 황금빛이 잔 속에서 또렷하고 깨끗하게 빛난다. 일본 지치부를 버번 배럴에서 7년 길러낸 이 보틀링은 정교하고 또렷한 향으로 열린다. 향에는 잘 익은 배와 꿀, 가벼운 바닐라가 섬세하게 겹치고, 64도의 높은 도수에도 한 모금은 놀랍도록 깔끔하게 보리의 단맛과 시트러스를 펼친다. 물 한 방울에 향이 한층 또렷이 발전하며, 여운에는 꽃향과 은은한 오크의 단맛이 길게 머물러 깨끗하게 마무리된다.

they must have invented the words ‘smoky’ and ‘crystalline’ for this single cask. Essentially, it feels like an extract of the previous Ichiro’s #10772. Ultra-precise notes of green apple, seaweed, peat, lemon, and wet chalk, evolving into soot, melted candle wax, yellow curry, and satay sauce. Quite mad, really. With water: absolutely stunning!
