Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 7년이라는 짧은 숙성에도 1st 필 레드 와인 캐스크의 영향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 검붉은 베리와 자두 잼, 옅은 장미꽃잎의 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 63.7%라는 높은 도수가 묵직하게 입을 채우며 후추, 마른 카카오, 약한 정향의 노트로 발전한다. 지치부 특유의 정밀한 증류 캐릭터가 와인 캐스크의 단맛과 균형을 단단하게 잡는다. 피니시는 베리의 산미와 우드 스파이스가 길게 이어진다.

they must have invented the words ‘smoky’ and ‘crystalline’ for this single cask. Essentially, it feels like an extract of the previous Ichiro’s #10772. Ultra-precise notes of green apple, seaweed, peat, lemon, and wet chalk, evolving into soot, melted candle wax, yellow curry, and satay sauce. Quite mad, really. With water: absolutely stunning!
