Tasting Notes
짙은 호박빛이 잔에 깊게 잠겨 있다. 일본 치치부의 2016 빈티지가 배럴 안에서 7년을 보낸 흔적이 한 잔에 응축돼 있다. 향에는 익은 매실과 흰 꿀, 옅은 향나무가 부드럽게 비친다. 머금으면 화이트 페퍼와 라임 껍질, 잘 익은 사과가 두꺼운 질감으로 입천장을 덮고 64도의 강한 캐스크 스트렝스가 사이타마 산지의 농축된 보리 캐릭터를 길게 풀어낸다. 옅은 미소 된장의 짠맛이 여운에 머문다.

they must have invented the words ‘smoky’ and ‘crystalline’ for this single cask. Essentially, it feels like an extract of the previous Ichiro’s #10772. Ultra-precise notes of green apple, seaweed, peat, lemon, and wet chalk, evolving into soot, melted candle wax, yellow curry, and satay sauce. Quite mad, really. With water: absolutely stunning!
