일본 사이타마의 치치부가 1차 충전 레드 와인 캐스크에서 단 8년 만에 깊은 루비빛이 감도는 호박색을 잔에 또렷이 깃들게 한다. 코끝에는 잘 익은 베리류와 와인의 타닌, 농축된 자두 잼이 먼저 올라온다. 한 모금에는 와인 캐스크 특유의 산미와 매끄러운 곡물의 단맛, 옅은 향신료가 미끄러지듯 흐른다. 61도의 도수가 치치부의 또렷한 개성을 길게 비추며 깊게 머무는 여운을 남긴다.

superbly zingy and full of tense, sharp green fruitiness. Things like cider apple, gooseberry and crushed nettle. Also some kiwi and lime notes. With water: lovely development with more of these zingy green fruit qualities, but also more coconut, lime leaf and cedar wood
