일본 사이타마 지치부 산악 지대의 극단적인 사계절 기후가 단 6년 만에 지치부 2012 빈티지를 63.4도의 농축된 캐릭터로 길러냈다. 잔에는 옅은 황금빛이 비친다. 향에는 미즈나라 없이도 일본 위스키 특유의 향나무와 시트러스, 흰 꽃이 또렷이 드러나고 입에서는 63.4도의 도수가 꿀과 잘 익은 배, 가벼운 오크 향신료를 빠르게 풀어낸다. 여운은 향나무와 시트러스가 길게 이어진다.

restaurant Palate
ultra-vertical! This, I like a lot. Lemon and citron juice, plus brine and smoked water, punto basta. As I sometimes say, it’s a blade, Kill-Bill-style. With water: fabulous. Tangerines! Please call the Japanese anti-maltoporn brigade!
