잔에 따른 옅은 황금빛이 윤기를 머금는다. 일본 치치부가 2012년 빈티지로부터 4년 동안 퍼스트필 버번 배럴에서 보낸 짧은 숙성이 들꽃 꿀과 잘 익은 배, 옅은 바닐라로 코를 끌어당긴다. 55.7도의 도수가 입안에서 시트러스 마멀레이드와 캐러멜, 흰 후추를 단단하게 펼친다. 화이트 헤론 페스티벌이 들려주는 젊은 일본 위스키의 단정한 깊이가 길게 머문다.
