일본 사이타마 서부 산악의 청량한 공기와 사계절의 큰 일교차가 치치부 10년 캐릭터를 빠르게 다져냈다. 잔에는 짙은 황금빛이 가볍게 비친다. 향은 잘 익은 사과와 헤더 꿀, 갓 구운 비스킷이 또렷이 깃들어 있고 가벼운 시트러스가 따라붙는다. 입에서는 캔디드 오렌지와 시나몬, 옅은 견과가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르며 50.5도가 분명한 윤곽을 그린다. 백후추와 오크 스파이스의 잔향이 길게 이어진다.

sound, you drums! Ring out, you trumpets! For it is a pure Chichibu, with only a little vanilla, custard and crushed banana coating a very pure 'old eau-de-vie de barley'. What we like, even if, or perhaps because it's not spectacular at all. Lovely breads and lemon curd. With water: pancakes, pita, broken branches, grist

full-textured, creamy, starting with more lemon curd, grapefruit liqueur, raw barley, then we find maize bread and indeed bananas. Very compact and pretty perfect. With water: a little citrus and a touch of eucalyptus, no other changes. Not that we needed any
