잔에 짙은 적갈색이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 탐듀 2007년 14년 셰리 버트는 스페이사이드 셰리 매튜레이션의 풍부한 단맛을 또렷이 보여준다. 향에는 말린 자두와 다크초콜릿, 견과와 옅은 가죽 노트가 깊게 머문다. 입에서는 58.8도의 알코올이 묵직하게 입을 채우며 흑설탕과 발사믹의 산미, 향신료 케이크가 드러난다. 여운은 진한 토피와 떡갈나무의 떫은맛이 길게 이어진다.
