Tasting Notes
녹칸도 인근 스페이 강가에 선 탐듀는 셰리 숙성으로 이름난 스페이사이드 몰트다. 리필 버번으로 마무리한 15년산은 맑은 황금빛을 띤다. 향에는 잘 익은 사과와 보리 사탕, 바닐라가 산뜻하게 올라온다. 46도의 부드러운 입안에서는 과일 단맛과 시트러스, 옅은 향신료가 또렷이 흐른다. 여운에는 맥아 단맛과 가벼운 오크가 단정하게 이어진다.

a touch of burnt wood right up front, followed by moreish dark chocolate and a double espresso. Behind that, hints of aged copper, crème brûlée, and walnut liqueur, with singed raisins that spent a little too long in the oven. I’m also picking up a charming rancio
restaurant Palate
a superbly bitter opening, full of walnuts and bitter almonds, quickly joined by the quintessential bitter oranges, tobacco, leather, a whiff of curry spices, and a distinctly turmeric-like note. That espresso and the scorched raisins keep making an appearance
timer Finish
long, dry, and rather heavy on some acidic and bitter coffee, with more walnut. Thoroughly ‘oloroso’, with oak becoming more assertive on the back end
