Tasting Notes
붉은 기운이 도는 호박빛이 잔 속에 어린다. 스페이사이드의 탐두가 퍼스트필 루비 포트 캐스크에서 마무리한 16년산은 잘 익은 붉은 베리와 자두, 가벼운 향신료를 코끝에 풀어놓는다. 한 모금 머금으면 블랙커런트와 흑설탕, 다크 체리의 단맛이 혀를 감싸고, 51.4도의 기운이 풍미를 또렷하게 끌어올린다. 포트 와인의 과실과 탄닌이 또렷이 깃들어 있으며, 여운에는 구운 오크와 옅은 코코아, 은은한 향신료가 길게 이어진다.

strong impressions of red fruit jams and liqueurs, but nothing vulgar, mind you. It leans notably towards well-mannered cherries, shall we say. There’s also plenty of strawberry jam, blackberry jelly, and a touch of cranberry sauce that would pair nicely with a bit of venison. With water: little change, though a combo of cinnamon, mild bell pepper and cherry stalks gently emerges
