Tasting Notes
잔을 가까이 하면 탐두 특유의 부드러운 과일 향과 마른 건과일이 명확하게 드러난다. 1985년 증류된 원액답게 향은 건포도와 토피, 가벼운 향신료로 또렷하게 발전한다. 팰럿에서는 진한 단맛 위로 호두와 오크가 명확하게 드러나며, 58.5도의 높은 도수가 강건하게 받친다. 피니시는 마른 향신료와 몰트가 중간 이상으로 이어지고, 아델피 증류소 보틀링다운 구조감이 단단하다.
