노즈에서는 탐두 특유의 잘 익은 과일 향과 꿀 노트가 먼저 드러나고, 셰리 오크에서 온 건포도와 견과 향이 명확하게 뒤따른다. 팰럿은 43도의 부드러운 도수를 타고 흑설탕과 오렌지, 토피의 단맛이 선명하게 발전하며 25년 숙성이 더한 매끄럽고 깊은 질감이 입을 감싼다. 피니시는 길게 이어지며 셰리 향신료와 견과, 옅은 오크의 여운이 천천히 남는다. 탐두의 25년 공식 보틀링으로, 부드러우면서도 균형이 단단하다.
