잔을 흔들면 퍼스트필 올로로소 셰리 호그스헤드가 만든 짙은 적갈색이 잔 벽을 따라 묵직하게 미끄러진다. 코를 가져가면 12년을 보낸 탐듀 특유의 진한 셰리 향이 가장 먼저 떠오른다. 한 모금을 머금으면 58.1 도수가 만든 두꺼운 질감이 혀를 가득 채운다. 건자두와 무화과, 구운 호두가 차례로 따라온다. 삼킨 뒤에는 셰리 단맛과 우드 스파이스가 길게 이어진다.
