Tasting Notes
탐듀가 2006년에 받아낸 원액이 유러피언 오크 퍼스트 필 셰리 호그스헤드에서 십삼 년을 보낸 흔적이 잔에 어둡고 짙은 마호가니빛으로 머금어진다. 향에서 말린 무화과와 다크 체리 그리고 클로브의 매콤함이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 입에서는 오십구 점 일 도의 강도가 자두 잼과 흑설탕 시럽, 옅은 가죽으로 풀려간다. 퍼스트 필 셰리 우드의 농축된 단맛이 끝맛에 깊게 머문다.

much rougher indeed, with plenty of raw malt Ovaltine-style, chocolate, burnt sugar, roasted raisins and PX. It’s got gunflints too, perhaps coal, some tea, and then more prunes and black raisins. It’s not complicated, but it works very well. With water: dead leaves aplenty, saltpetre, putty, damp grains, walnuts, cherry stems… Curiously un-fruity
restaurant Palate
we’re more or less navigating between A’bunadh and Glenfarclas 105, with some heavy chocolate and raisins, and a growing grassy side, bordering rubber. Certainly good, but perhaps a bit raw. Leaves. With water: swims well! Lovely notes of tobacco and menthol, all for the better. Really benefits from water
timer Finish
long, half-grassy, half-raisiny. Very firm. Some mustard in the aftertaste
