잔을 천천히 돌리면 글렌로시의 붉은 기 도는 호박빛이 잔 벽을 타고 흐른다. 코를 가까이 대면 강하게 그을린 레드 와인 바리크가 입힌 붉은 베리와 자두, 옅은 향신료가 진하게 솟아오른다. 54.4도의 한 모금을 머금으면 21년 숙성 위로 와인 캐스크의 떫은 단맛과 다크 체리, 카카오가 또렷하게 번진다. 삼키고 나면 무르익은 붉은 과일과 그을린 오크가 입천장을 덮으며 천천히 사그라든다.
