잔에는 옅은 황금빛이 부드럽게 비친다. 스페이사이드 글렌로시에서 1993년 증류해 27년을 버번 배럴에서 보내고 카른 모르 셀러브레이션 오브 더 캐스크 시리즈로 병입된 보틀링이다. 향에는 잘 익은 멜론, 바닐라 크림, 마른 꽃잎의 노트가 또렷이 드러난다. 54.7도의 도수가 입안에서 꿀과 마른 살구, 옅은 바닐라 비스킷의 단맛으로 부드럽게 흐른다. 여운은 가벼운 오크와 흰 꽃의 잔향으로 잔잔히 이어진다.
