Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 글렌로시 특유의 산뜻한 풀 내음과 버번 호그스헤드에서 온 바닐라, 시트러스 향이 가장 먼저 드러난다. 2009년 빈티지를 10년 숙성한 이 보틀링은 푸른 사과와 흰 꽃, 옅은 왁스가 발전한다. 초반의 풀 향 뒤로 레몬과 청사과가 자리를 잡는다. 팰럿은 59.2도의 높은 도수가 강한 구조를 세우면서도 레몬과 보리 단맛, 가벼운 오크가 명확하게 자리 잡는다. 피니시는 산뜻한 시트러스와 후추의 여운이 길게 이어진다. 스페이사이드의 가벼운 골격이 도수로 단단하게 받쳐진 보틀링이다.

really punchy, with some excellent chalky/spicy citrus, citrons, ginseng, turmeric, coriander seeds… This was a pretty talkative hoggie. With water: tiny hints of curry, ginger, and abundant zests of all kinds. Bitter oranges
