Tasting Notes
리필 셰리 버트에서 18년을 보낸 흔적이 인치가워 특유의 짭조름한 개성을 또렷이 부풀렸다. 잔에서는 말린 과일과 옅은 소금기, 가죽과 견과 향이 은은하게 깔린다. 한 모금에는 절제된 셰리 단맛과 미네랄이 48.4도를 타고 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 해안가 스페이사이드 증류소답게 단맛 뒤에 짠맛이 또렷이 선다. 짙은 황금빛 끝에서 여운은 마른 우드와 소금기로 길게 머문다.

it’s rather as acrid as it’s sibling, but in a way that’s more enjoyable here, kind of fuller, and fruiter to boot, with some green melons, fermenting apples (or cider), and very nice notes of Wulong tea and ‘pure’ hay
restaurant Palate
rather creamy and rather on oranges this time, with drops of yellow chartreuse (always this herbalness) and the expected limoncello. Once again, no obvious sherry, rather some very good sweet barleyness coming through after one minute, honeycomb, creamy lemon fudge… All excellent!

long, tangy, lemony, very very nice
