어둑한 장밋빛이 도는 호박색이 잔 안에 차분히 자리한다. 1999년 오크로이스크가 증류한 원액을 두 개의 호그스헤드에서 숙성한 후 포트 와인 캐스크에 마무리한 이 칸 모어 보틀링은 잘 익은 라즈베리와 다크 체리, 자두 콩포트와 옅은 향신료의 향이 어우러진다. 한 모금 머금으면 46도의 절제된 도수가 포트의 검붉은 단맛과 보리당의 부드러움, 옅은 시나몬의 매콤함을 차례로 풀어낸다. 와인 캐스크의 흙냄새가 길게 머문다.
