잔을 가볍게 흔들면 21년 숙성 오크로이스크 2000의 옅은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 길게 흐른다. 코끝에 가져가면 리필 호그스헤드 특유의 부드러운 바닐라 위로 잘 익은 배와 풋사과가 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 한 모금을 머금으면 53도의 단단한 알코올이 입천장을 가볍게 덮고 꿀, 흰 꽃, 옅은 흰 후추가 풀린다. 삼킬 때 마른 허브와 옅은 오크가 길게 따라온다.
