잔을 천천히 돌리면 PX 셰리 버트에서 온 오크로이스크 1996의 짙은 갈색이 잔 벽을 따라 흐른다. 코끝으로 가져가면 25년 숙성이 빚은 말린 과일과 가죽, 흑설탕 향이 묵직하게 올라온다. 한 모금 머금어 굴리면 48도의 술이 건포도와 대추야자, 호두의 진한 단맛을 펼친다. 삼킨 뒤 오랜 셰리 숙성의 향신료와 쌉쌀함이 깊게 머문다.
