멀번 인근 도리 샘이 솟는 자리에서 오크로이스크는 부드러운 스페이사이드 몰트를 빚는다. 레드 와인 바리크에서 13년을 보낸 이 위스키는 불그스름한 호박빛을 띤다. 향에는 붉은 베리와 자두, 보리 단맛이 어우러진다. 54.9도의 입안에서는 잘 익은 과일과 와인 탄닌, 향신료가 또렷이 흐른다. 여운에는 떫은 단맛과 오크가 단단하게 이어진다.
