Tasting Notes
아메리칸과 유러피언 오크가 함께 빚어낸 20년의 시간이 오크로이스크에 과실과 셰리의 균형을 입힌다. 두 오크의 영향이 향에서부터 층을 이룬다. 향에는 잘 익은 과실과 꿀, 옅은 말린 자두가 어우러져 올라오고, 입에서는 토피와 건포도, 오렌지가 매끄럽게 번진다. 58.1도의 도수가 단맛과 오크의 무게를 단단하게 받친다. 깊은 황금빛 끝으로 과실과 오크 스파이스의 여운이 길고 따뜻하게 이어진다.

this one is just as powerful as the MC but there’s much less oak impact, the style being rather less “concentrated’. Classic fruity Speysider, with quite some vanilla, walnuts, hazelnuts, fresh butter, fresh putty, vanilla fudge and many tinned fruits such as peaches and apricots. Orange cake. With water: too bad, water brings out the oakiness, just like in the MC. A little more menthol, cough syrup, crème brulée

sweet, creamy, much in the style of the MC but a little wider, with more complexity. I like these herbs, this mint flavoured green tea, the lemon balm, the touches of mint drops, these faint fudgy notes… All good so far. With water: more of the same, which is great
