Tasting Notes
노즈는 올드 풀트니 특유의 짭짤한 바닷내와 부르봉이 더한 바닐라, 시트러스의 향이 함께 두드러진다. 위크의 해안 증류소가 12년을 보낸 이 카덴헤드 보틀링은 바다를 닮은 미네랄과 과일의 조화가 또렷하다. 팰럿에서는 꿀과 레몬, 가벼운 오크의 풍미가 발전하며 56도가 또렷하게 받쳐준다. 입안에서는 옅은 소금기가 단맛과 어우러진다. 피니시는 길고 드라이하며 소금기와 곡물의 고소함이 끝까지 남는다. 해풍이 밴 하이랜드 몰트의 구조감이 단단한 한 잔이다.

extremely good, with even more salted butter caramel, sweet ale, lemon curd, vanilla cake, cappuccino, fizzy sweets… Sure it tastes young but it’s already pretty complex. With water: some butter pears coming out, pears poached in buttered wine (and why not?)…
