Tasting Notes
짙은 마호가니빛이 잔에 깊게 잠겨 있다. 9년이라는 비교적 짧은 시간 동안 셰리 캐스크의 풍미를 빠르게 흡수한 로열 브라클라의 영하이랜드 캐릭터가 또렷이 드러난다. 코에서는 건포도와 호두, 다크 초콜릿이 차례로 올라오고, 입안에서는 54.7도의 강한 알코올이 짙은 셰리 시럽과 카카오를 빽빽한 단맛으로 묶어낸다. 여운은 마른 무화과와 가벼운 가죽, 그리고 어린 위스키의 생기 있는 우드 스파이스로 마무리된다.

varnish, tar, very ripe bananas, liquorice, caramel, chocolate, and toasted nuts. Perhaps a hint of seawater. I suppose it’s too late to enlist in the British Navy?
restaurant Palate
it must be about 45% vol. Very thick, with plenty of salted liquorice and old nuts, indeed some seawater, bitter orange, perhaps a touch of (added) molasses, and truly that thick, typical profile. A hint of Port Mourant, unless there’s some Skeldon or Albion in it. It’s very good
timer Finish
long, salty, with coffee liqueur and more olives this time
