Tasting Notes
잔을 한 번 돌리면 로열 브래클라 25년이 PX 셰리 피니시에서 마셔 들인 진한 건포도와 마지팬의 단맛을 풀어 놓는다. 잔을 코끝에 가져가면 하이랜드 특유의 부드러운 보리 톤이 셰리 위에 깃든다. 한 모금을 머금으면 46도의 점잖은 도수가 다크 초콜릿과 호두 기름을 부드럽게 따라간다. 마지막에는 잎담배의 마른 잔향이 입가에 오래 남는다.

barley at first, then porridge mixed with custard, then overripe apples, sweet beers, and poiré (or pear cider). This baby’s very ‘natural’, close to the raw materials, without any make-up. No I can’t find anything fino-ish so far…
