노즈에서는 글렌 엘긴 38년의 버번 캐스크 숙성이 만든 꿀과 잘 익은 사과, 바닐라 향이 두드러진다. 스피사이드 디스틸러리의 우아한 캐릭터가 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 48.2도에서 시리얼과 헤이즐넛, 가벼운 오크 스파이스의 균형이 단단하다. 잭 위버스 파이팅 피쉬 보틀링다운 깊은 보디가 발전한다. 피니시는 꿀과 마른 향신료가 길게 이어진다. 글렌 엘긴 38년의 정수가 또렷이 깃들어 있다.

no! All is very fine, raisiny and resinous (alliterations are so last century, Serge!), with raisins, old liqueurs again (grandma’s crème de menthe), more honeydew, a little tar… It’s even quite fat, and the oak remains discreet. It’s to be wondered whether this old baby didn’t age in pinewood
