Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 꿀과 잘 익은 복숭아, 글렌 엘긴 특유의 꽃향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 1995년 빈티지를 아델피가 담은 20년 스페이사이드 몰트답게 부드럽고 향긋한 향이 노즈를 지배한다. 팰럿에서는 51.7도의 도수 위로 바닐라와 시트러스, 보리 사탕의 단맛이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 마른 오크와 꽃향의 잔향이 또렷하게 남는다. 글렌 엘긴다운 화사한 균형이 단단하게 잡힌 몰트다.

ah yes, it’s a turpentine-y one. I’m meaning good old natural turpentine, a painter’s workshop, linseed oil, oil paint, absinthe… Right, not absinthe, although, on second thought… This is really spectacular. Furniture polish, eucalyptus, cough syrup… What’s not to like? With water: cut grass the next day, menthol, mint tea (in the Sahara, ha-ha), mud and clay… Again, what’s not to like?

just totally perfect. Mint, aniseed, liquorice, pinesap, spearmint, sagebrush, peppermint… Now if you would excuse me, I think I’m going to order a bottle… With water: superb! Apples baked with mint and liquorice. Have to try that one day

quite long, and very fresh, thanks to all this mint
