세컨필 버번 배럴이 1990년 블래드녹을 28년 동안 절제된 결로 길들인 흔적이 잔 안에 또렷이 드러난다. 향에서는 잘 익은 멜론과 흰 꽃, 가벼운 풀잎이 잔잔히 잠겨 있고 캐스크의 흔적인 옅은 바닐라가 뒤따른다. 입에서는 마멀레이드의 새콤한 단맛과 흰 후추, 시리얼의 부드러운 단맛이 미끄러지듯 흐른다. 55도의 알코올이 균형을 받치고 로우랜드 특유의 정갈한 결이 길게 머문다. 옅은 황금빛이 잔에 맑게 비친다.
