잔을 흔들면 28년 묵은 짙은 금빛이 잔 안에서 천천히 일렁인다. 코끝에 가져가면 블라드녹의 잘 익은 과일과 가을 낙엽, 건포도 케이크 같은 향이 겹쳐 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 59도의 또렷한 술이 꿀과 보리, 마른 과일의 단맛을 끌고 흐른다. 삼키면 흙내음과 가벼운 향신료가 강한 힘으로 혀 안쪽에 길게 깃들며 묵직한 단맛을 남긴다.
