잔을 빙 돌려 향을 모으면 로랜드 블라드녹의 셰리 버트가 물들인 호박빛이 유리벽을 따라 흘러내린다. 코끝에 가져가면 잘 익은 살구와 건포도, 부드러운 꿀향이 또렷하게 올라온다. 한 모금 입에 굴리면 55도의 단단함 위로 보리 단맛과 마른 과일, 옅은 향신료가 혀를 채운다. 15년 숙성답게 삼키고 나면 깔끔한 곡물과 견과가 잔잔하게 남는다.

completely different from the officials, even if one can feel that it’s the same distillery. Wilder, more phenolic, waxier and more mineral. And much fresher. Notes of cut grass, and then the trademark orangey and chocolaty notes. Hints of peanut butter
restaurant Palate
excellent attack, much more satisfying than the OB’s at this stage. Spicy chocolate, ginger and liquorice

long and gingery, with notes of candy sugar
