잔을 흔들어 향을 풀면 로우랜드 블라드녹다운 가벼운 보리향이 자메이카 럼 캐스크가 남긴 바나나와 흑설탕, 열대향과 맞물려 코끝에 닿는다. 한 모금 머금으면 55도의 또렷한 기운이 혀를 감싸며 잘 익은 바나나와 당밀, 옅은 향신료가 진하게 번진다. 럼 캐스크에서 마무리한 15년의 독특한 개성을 삼키면, 트로피컬한 단맛과 보리의 여운이 길게 이어진다.

completely different from the officials, even if one can feel that it’s the same distillery. Wilder, more phenolic, waxier and more mineral. And much fresher. Notes of cut grass, and then the trademark orangey and chocolaty notes. Hints of peanut butter

excellent attack, much more satisfying than the OB’s at this stage. Spicy chocolate, ginger and liquorice

long and gingery, with notes of candy sugar
