Tasting Notes
옅은 장밋빛이 감도는 호박색이 잔에 어린다. 아메리칸 오크와 레드 와인 캐스크에서 이중 숙성한 블라드녹답게 붉은 베리와 잘 익은 자두, 옅은 시트러스의 향이 화사하게 피어오른다. 46.7도의 도수에서 한 모금은 라즈베리와 바닐라, 풋과일의 단맛이 미끄러지듯 번지고, 로랜드 몰트 특유의 가볍고 깔끔한 질감이 와인의 과일향과 어우러진다. 갤러웨이 컬렉션이 보여 주는 젊은 블라드녹의 산뜻함이 또렷하다. 여운에는 붉은 과일과 흰 후추의 잔향이 길게 이어진다.

mashed turnips, new sneakers, magazines, margarine (rather proud about that quasi-alliteration), then sourdough, leaven, soot and grist, which is obviously nicer. A tad tough but I rather enjoy this sooty side
restaurant Palate
we're far from the old Bladnochs' fat citrus, but I rather like this newer style, which shows more oak spices, ginger, cinnamon, but also this doughy, bready, fermentary side that's always very pleasant in malt whisky. I have to check but this could well be my favourite recent 'cubist' Bladnoch. Talking about the bottle, not about the whisky
