옅은 황금빛이 잔에 잠겨 있다. 아일 오브 주라가 1992년에 증류돼 리필 버번 배럴에서 30년을 보낸 뒤 윌슨 앤 모건의 배럴 셀렉션 스페셜 릴리스로 47.5도에 병입된 보틀이다. 향에는 잘 익은 배, 옅은 꿀, 미세한 해풍이 부드럽게 떠오르며 주라 섬 특유의 절제된 캐릭터가 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입에서는 보리 단맛과 시트러스가 미끄러지듯 흐른다. 여운에는 꿀과 옅은 해풍의 잔향이 길게 남는다.
