Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 리필 셰리 캐스크 숙성 특유의 절제된 건포도와 견과류 노트가 명확하게 드러난다. 아일 오브 주라 1993 빈티지를 22년 숙성한 카덴헤드 보틀답게 노즈가 깊고 균형이 단단하다. 발달하면서 무화과와 가벼운 가죽이 한 층 더해진다. 팰럿은 무화과 잼, 흑설탕, 옅은 향신료가 균형 있게 발전한다. 47.5도의 도수가 부드러운 구조감을 받친다. 피니시는 견과류와 오크, 흰 후추가 길게 이어진다. 22년 숙성 인너 헤브리디스 위스키의 또렷한 매력이 잘 잠겨 있다.

utter disaster at first - and this is even weirder than Laphroaig+Port, which says a lot - but indeed these preserved peaches do kind of work a bit later. Other than that, it smells of last year’s grouses and other dead animals, covered with strange jams. Raspberry and stuff
