Tasting Notes
잔을 흔들어 향을 깨우면 주라 섬 위스키다운 맑은 황금빛이 유리벽에 얇게 감돈다. 코를 가까이 대면 아메리칸 버번 배럴이 입힌 바닐라와 잘 익은 사과, 옅은 소금기가 또렷하게 올라온다. 한 모금 입에 굴리면 54.9도의 단단함 위로 보리 단맛과 꿀, 시트러스가 혀를 채운다. 16년 숙성답게 삼키고 나면 산뜻한 과일과 광물감이 입천장을 따라 길게 이어진다.

grainy and caramelly, on cornflakes, butter, liquorice, vanilla, custard, fudge, heather… Very natural, with a nice balance
restaurant Palate
sweet and very caramelly, with lots of vanilla and grain. Not much else, I’m afraid, but a long, powerful, liquoricy and again very salty finish. Rawer than the 1985. 80 points .
