Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 피노 누아 와인 캐스크 마무리가 더한 붉은 베리와 자두, 주라 특유의 옅은 소금기가 먼저 두드러진다. 22년 숙성한 아일랜드 몰트답게 와인의 과일 향과 해양 캐릭터가 겹친 향이 노즈에 깃들어 있다. 팰럿에서는 47도의 도수 위로 다크 체리와 토피, 가벼운 향신료가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 피니시는 길게 이어지며 베리의 산미와 마른 오크가 또렷하게 남는다. 와인 마무리가 더한 화사한 구조감이 단단하게 잡힌 몰트다.

utter disaster at first - and this is even weirder than Laphroaig+Port, which says a lot - but indeed these preserved peaches do kind of work a bit later. Other than that, it smells of last year’s grouses and other dead animals, covered with strange jams. Raspberry and stuff
